Rosa was awesome! She was super knowledgable and kind. She was always there for any questions that we had and helped guide us through this crazy, wonderful process. She really knows her stuff. She is an excellent communicator and will help keep you on schedule, because things can get super hectic. But no matter what she was there to lend a helping hand through everything, providing what we needed during this process. We were super thankful to have her!
